FAQ
Return & Refund
What is SWEEKU's return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. The returned item must be in its original condition: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
How do I start a return?
Starting a return is simple:
- Please email our customer service team at sweekusevice@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
- If your return is accepted, we will provide you with the return shipping address and detailed instructions.
- Please note that you will be responsible for purchasing your own postage to send the package back to us. We do not accept items sent back to us without first requesting a return.
Who pays for return shipping?
For regular returns (e.g., you changed your mind or the style doesn't suit you), you are responsible for the return shipping costs. The original shipping charges (if any) are also non-refundable.
However, if the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item), please contact us immediately, and we will cover the return shipping costs.
Can I exchange an item? (e.g., for a different size or style)
We do not offer direct exchanges.
The most efficient way is to return the item you have for a refund and then place a new order for the item you want. This ensures you get your desired piece as quickly as possible.
What items are non-returnable?
Yes, for certain reasons, the following types of items are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned:
- Sale items
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Gift cards
If you refuse a shipment from Cettire or do not take necessary steps to retrieve your shipment after we have attempted delivery at your nominated shipping address you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Cettire. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email if the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, which can be up to 10 business days.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and you haven't received your refund, please contact us.

Jewelry Care
How do I care for my jewelry?
To keep your beautiful pieces shining for years to come, here is our guide to jewelry care for different materials.
General Care (For All Jewelry)
• Avoid Chemicals: Always remove your jewelry before swimming, showering, or using household cleaners, perfumes, and lotions.
• Last On, First Off: Put your jewelry on after you've applied all your cosmetics and perfumes, and take it off first before getting undressed.
• Store Properly: Store each piece in a separate soft pouch or a lined jewelry box to prevent scratching, tangling, and tarnishing.
• Wipe Down: After each wear, gently wipe your jewelry with a soft, clean cloth to remove oils and debris.
Material-Specific Care
Gold & Silver (Sterling Silver / 925 Silver)
• Tarnishing is Natural: Sterling silver naturally tarnishes over time when exposed to air. This is not a defect.
• Polishing: Use a dedicated silver polishing cloth to gently rub away tarnish and restore shine. For gold pieces, a soft, lint-free cloth is sufficient.
• Deep Cleaning: For a deeper clean, mix a few drops of mild dish soap with warm water. Submerge the jewelry, gently scrub with a soft-bristled toothbrush, rinse with clean water, and dry thoroughly.
Titanium Steel & Stainless Steel
• Highly Durable: This is a very tough, corrosion-resistant, and hypoallergenic material.
• Easy to Clean: Simply wash with mild soap and water, rinse, and dry with a soft cloth. It does not tarnish and requires minimal maintenance.
Copper & Plated Metals (e.g., Gold-Plated, Silver-Plated)
• Handle with Care: The plated layer is thin and can wear away over time. These pieces require the most gentle care.
• Avoid Abrasion: Never use harsh chemicals or polishing cloths on plated jewelry, as this will strip the plating.
• Oxidation: Copper jewelry will naturally oxidize, developing a unique patina which some people prefer. To clean it, you can use a mixture of lemon juice and salt, but be aware this will remove the patina.
• Keep Dry: Moisture is the enemy of plated jewelry. Ensure pieces are completely dry before storing to prevent tarnishing and discoloration.
By following these simple steps, you can ensure your jewelry remains as stunning as the day you received it.
